I could have gone with other software packages, but something made me stick with you guys and I do not regret it! I’ve seen the massive improvement over even just the last few months.  I anticipate even more features and improvements in the future and I'll be looking forward to all of them!

I think the better question to ask to would be - what problems has BPro helped me realize I already had?

I never really got into detailing as a business person. I had no experience in running or even being a part of a business. BPro helped me realize the importance of customer organization and tracking, service tracking and just being on top of things behind the scene. The more you grow - the more difficult this becomes - but having the right tools to keep your business organized is just as important as having the right tools to do the job itself. What good is a garage full of equipment if you have no customers' vehicles to use them on?

It took some work on both ends (mine and BPro's) to get me to a level of acceptable organization and I know there is still even more room for improvement on my end. Taking the time to really sit and learn not just how to use the tools BPro offers, but WHY to use them, has been a game changer. Being a first time software user it has helped me a lot - I can only imagine how much it would help a company with more experience in using the tools of this type of software."
