The world today holds some seven billion people; all of which are living their lives in their own way and with their own purpose. That number gives me a sense of optimism because when I need a boost, or have a question, chances are that someone out there, at some point, has experienced a near identical situation and hopefully has shared their experience. For me, this has been my greatest source of motivation for continuing to read.
Working with small business owners every day, I have the privilege of hearing about the struggles and triumphs that small businesses experience every day. Reflecting on those insights, I can assure you that the challenges you are experiencing are not unique: someone, somewhere has experienced what you are going through. Too often, we (myself and small business owners!) will prioritize working in the business before their self-care.
