The Better Software is hiring a Marketing Communications Specialist to tell the world about our innovative products and our unique mission. You’ll have the opportunity to make a big difference on existing and new marketing programs as well as create innovative solutions to meet our marketing objectives. Ideal candidates should be quick learners with desire to both learn and share knowledge in a dynamic team environment.

Minimum Qualifications

The Marketing Communications Specialist must satisfy the following minimum qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in marketing, English, journalism or other related field;
  2. Three to five years of experience in the field with demonstrated skills and experience in content marketing and creation of marketing materials;
  3. Experience in digital advertising and social media preferred.
  4. Experience with Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop for graphics creation.
  5. Understanding of digital technologies like WordPress and Hubspot.

Skills and Attributes

The Marketing Communications Specialist must possess the following skills and attributes: strong creative, strategic, analytical and organizational skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work at a fast pace, unsupervised; proven project management skills; ability to handle multiple projects and processes simultaneously; and strong attention to detail.
